At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip inside, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; once received, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
